Distribution

Scattered throughout NSW coastline extending to Qld and Vic

Notes

Dominant species vary in dynamic mosaics influenced by tidal patterns and shifting sediments. Floristically unrelated to terrestrial assemblages. Distribution depleted in some areas by marine constructions such as shipping ports and breakwaters.
